§ 1 Contracting party

Art-In Tattoo Studio, Hauptstraße 208 A, 79576 Weil am Rhein, Germany.

Subject matter: creating tattoos. Art-In only serves clients who have reached the age of 18. Art-In Tattoo Studio does not work on clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

§ 2 Services

Tattoos are offered, designed and applied to the client. Services are performed in compliance with all known hygiene measures (to avoid complications such as inflammation) using EU-approved single-use materials, single-use needles and EU-approved tattoo inks.

§ 3 Costs

The price of a tattoo depends on size, placement, creation of a design and technical difficulty. The price includes any touch-up work, provided the client has followed the aftercare instructions. Touch-up appointments must be taken within three months. Otherwise touch-ups are charged; the same applies if the client did not follow the aftercare.

In addition, a fee of 50 euros is charged for touch-ups if the client misses the appointment or cancels too late (no later than 48 hours before the appointment).

The full amount is payable immediately after the service. Instalments can only be agreed for designs that require several sessions.

A deposit of at least 100 euros is required. The deposit covers the design work and a fixed appointment. If the appointment is not kept, or if artist and client cannot agree on the design (e.g. because a requested design cannot be realised at the artist's discretion), the deposit is retained as compensation for the work done.

§ 4 Disclaimer

Art-In Tattoo Studio accepts no liability for harm to the client or their body that may arise after tattooing, such as allergies, inflammation or illness resulting from poor personal hygiene, or illness of any kind. Any breach of physical integrity carries a health risk. By placing the order, the client consents to this bodily intervention and bears responsibility for it.

Art-In Tattoo Studio keeps the risk of errors and inflammation as low as possible to the best of its knowledge and belief. Aftercare is the client's responsibility. Art-In Tattoo Studio provides guidance through a verbal briefing and written aftercare instructions handed to the client.

§ 5 Online booking

Consultations, tattoo sessions and touch-up appointments can be reserved on this website. By submitting the booking form, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Appointments for tattoo sessions only become binding once the deposit under § 3 has been paid. Cancellations must be made by phone no later than 48 hours before the appointment.
